An indulgent autumn mocktail - inspired by The Alchemy Collection

Try this DIY take on a gin sour mocktail, created by the bar staff at restaurant Rouhi, in our flagship House of Rituals, Amsterdam

Every time we launch a new limited collection, restaurant Rouhi situated on the ground floor of our flagship store House of Rituals in Amsterdam, uses it as inspiration for a mocktail.

The talented bartenders take inspiration from the collection story, fragrance, ingredients and look to create a mocktail to be admired and happily drunk. Our stunning, richly amber-toned Alchemy Collection boasts a heady, addictive fragrance that has been translated into a sumptuous, warming yet zesty mocktail. It’s Rouhi’s take on a gin sour, made extra creamy by the addition of egg yolk instead of egg white.

If you don’t live in Amsterdam or you do but you want to try making the Alchemy mocktail at home, then look no further. Inspired by the alchemists' collective quest to turn raw materials into gold, this mocktail is topped off with edible gold flakes making it a true crowd-pleaser in both taste and style.
