Djilani Sprang-Purperhart
Connecting people with themselves, as well as with others, is one of Djilani’s main goals. He has a degree in medical-anthropology and sociology and is inspired by Raja and Kemetic yoga, Tantra and martial arts. Djilani has developed an unique method that focuses on people finding their inner path to personal growth in both body and mind. He believes in the power of breathing (pranayama) and self-examination (swadyaha) and enjoys being surrounded by loved ones and eating a heavenly piece of homemade vegan apple pie. One of his favorite contemplations is based upon the question: ‘why travel when I’m already home?’
