PARTICIPANT

This offer is intended for participants with an address in United States aged 18 or above. If you are under the age of 18, you will need proven consent from your parents or guardian to participate. To make use of this offer, you will need to register with your e-mail address on https://www.rituals.com/samples. When you login you will see the sample products which are available to claim. The offers are valid whilst stocks last. All website users who have made use of the offer in full and accepted the terms and conditions will hereinafter be referred to as the 'Participant' in the singular or 'Participants' in the plural.

PARTICIPATION

Participation is free of charge. Participants will be asked to sign up for Rituals newsletter before claiming a free sample. Note that all participants can unsubscribe to the newsletter by using the unsubscribe button in the newsletter. To sign up for Rituals newsletter and claim a free sample, a Participant must (i) enter a valid e-mail address, (ii) accepted these Terms and Conditions as well as iii) acknowledge that the Rituals privacy policy is applicable https://www.rituals.com/en-us/privacy-policy.html. In order to complete a free sample claim, a Participant must enter valid personal details (this being his/her first name and surname + shipping address for the sample) in the form that pops out when claiming a sample.
The offer cannot be redeemed for cash, exchange, or other value. Rituals accepts no responsibility for any variation in the offer value. Not valid at any other retailer. The promotional code is valid as of January 1st 2021 (at 00:01 am EST) until October 31th 2021. A participant can claim a maximum of 1 product sample per household and the offer cannot be combined with other promotions. To claim the offer, participants will be asked to leave their personal data. This data will solely be used for the fulfilment of the offer claimed.

Rituals reserves the right to end the offer at any time and/or unilaterally change the published rules, terms and conditions as well as the promotional period, at any time without having to state accountability. In all cases not provided for by these conditions Rituals will decide in accordance with what is reasonable and as it deems fit;

SHIPPING

The participant does not need to pay any shipping costs when claiming the offer from Rituals via SoPost. Claimed samples are shipped the following work day, and should not exceed 14 days.

Rituals can, except in the case of fraud or a deliberate error, not be held liable for any damage incurred by a Participant as a result of or arising from his/ her participation in the offer or receipt or use of the offer, including but not limited to damage arising from not being able to participate or being excluded from the promotion, for whatever reason, and/or the suitability of, a defect in or the non-conformity of the offer;
