Place your empty candle jar in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, then remove the remaining wax. Use a paper towel to clean out the smaller pieces of wax. Take the refill from its packaging and place it into the cleaned jar. It's now ready for use. Ensure you let the candle burn for 3-4 hours the first time to melt the top layer for an even burn. The wooden wick may take a few minutes of lighting to catch fire and burn on its own. Always trim the the wick before each use.
