Dream yoga flow to help you drift off

Combining gentle moves and meditation, this quiet practice sets you up for a night of deep rest and dreaming.

Bring body, mind and soul into alignment and flow into a dream-filled night of sleep. Yoga teacher Deborah Quibell leads this quiet 20-minute practice. It features slow, easy moves like child's pose and savasana. It ends with a short meditation to help you drift off into a world of dreams.

Top tip: To deepen the experience and for maximum relaxation, practice this flow by candlelight.
