Fitness instructor Camila is originally from Guatemala, but has been living in the Netherlands for the last 2.5 years. You will normally find her teaching cycling, HIIT, boxing and movement classes. She believes that moving our bodies is the ultimate act of self-love and that combining mindfulness into any type of exercise is key to keeping motivated and inspired.
