We all have those days where it’s more difficult to get out of bed. When this happens, chances are you’re simply out of balance. Because fall is in full swing, we’ve dedicated this month to finding balance in the face of seasonal change. We asked our resident yoga expert Deborah to develop the following routine to help you stay balanced and kick-start your motivation. Including sun salutations, crescent pose and low lunge, this session focuses on power and strength. While you’re going through the sequence, notice how you feel in your physical body and in your mind—there’s definitely a correlation between the two—and that’s where you’ll find the balance you need.
