Combat anxiety with this meditative Vinyasa flow

Calm down your nervous system with this soothing combination of yoga and meditation. Synchronise breath with movement and float into a relaxed state of mind.

If you feel anxious, your sympathetic nervous system is working overtime. It keeps you sharp as a knife, but if activated for too long, you’re risking serious health damage. Join us in this gentle Vinyasa flow that relaxes the neck with head roll variations, and melts away stressy vibes through spinal twists. By merging breath with easy movement, the parasympathetic nervous system is activated. This system's job is to relax and reduce your body's activities. Disconnect from the outer world and cool down in grounding forward folds and neutralising twists, and let the relaxing sensations wash over you.
