A cosy yoga flow for cold dark mornings

A short, nourishing flow to ease you into the day - when all you want to do is stay under the duvet.

Some people can bounce out of bed whatever the weather, but when it is dark and cold outside it can take many of us a while longer to wake up.

I designed this short flow to ease you into the day. We will roll through a nourishing flow to wake up the body and mind, to give you the energy and clarity you need to start your day from a place of self-awareness and kindness. We will really focus on how you feel and what you need.

This session starts slowly and softly, gradually building up to helping you harness the energy and fire you need to kickstart your day feeling good and ready.
