Stimulate the lymphatic system and beat the bloat with this yoga flow that will leave you feeling lighter on your feet.
Bloating - we’ve all been there. Whether you’ve eaten a salty meal, stepped off a long flight or enjoyed a fun night out, water retention can strike any time leaving you feeling sluggish and uncomfortable.
In this flow, I will guide you through a series of poses that focus on releasing inflammation by stimulating our fluid systems, that includes our lymphatic and general circulation.
We will focus on poses that target the areas where clusters of lymph nodes are found – in the neck, underarms, chest, abdomen and groin. By activating these lymph nodes, we will support our body to expel excess fluid and toxins. Alongside this, I’ve included deep slow belly breaths and repetitive movements to really support your body in releasing that excess fluid and gas that leads to bloating. It’s also a great flow if you’re feeling any stiffness or inflammation whether chronic or from a workout.
