Participant

Participation

To make use of the offer you will need to subscribe to the Rituals Cosmetics newsletter and buy at least one product in store or online for a minimum value of 20 GBP. The offer is valid for max. one gift per person and cannot be redeemed for cash, exchange, or other value. Rituals accepts no responsibility for any variation in the offer value. Only valid at Rituals Cosmetics own stores and web shop, (department stores, outlet & airports are excluded). Not valid at any other retailer. The offer cannot be combined with other promotions and is valid whilst stock last with the following periodity:
• up to and including May 31st (at 23:59) if you sign up as of April 2nd 2018 (at 00:01)
• up to and including June 30th (at 23:59) if you sign up as of May 1st 2018 (at 00:01)
• up to and including July 31st (at 23:59) if you sign up as of June 1st 2018 (at 00:01)
• up to and including August 31st (at 23:59) if you sign up as of July 1st 2018 (at 00:01)
• up to and including September 30th (at 23:59) if you sign up as of August 1st 2018 (at 00:01)
• up to and including October 31st (at 23:59) if you sign up as of September 1st 2018 (at 00:01)

The following parties are excluded from participation: (i) employees of Rituals or companies affiliated or associated with Rituals, (ii) every other person who is involved in the organisation of the promotion, and (iii) immediate family members of the persons mentioned under (i) or (ii);



Eligibility

The promotion is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom, who are 18 years of age or older. Employees (and their immediate families (parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related) of Rituals Cosmetics ("sponsor"), and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law. The promotion is subject to all applicable federal and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation in the promotion constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these official rules and sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the promotion.



Delivery

The company will fill accepted orders with due speed yet not later than within 30 days, when the gift was claimed online.



Organisation

This competition is organised by Rituals Cosmetics Enterprise B.V., having its registered offices at Keizersgracht 679, 1017 DV Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 809215160 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Organiser' or 'Rituals');



Personal data

By participating in the Gift with purchase promotion, Rituals will use Participants personal data collected within the context of the promotion. We will collect Participant's first and last name and his/her email address and other relevant details for participation to the promotion. This also means that during the promotion, we will inform Participants about the progress of the promotion. Personal data collected as part of participation to the promotion will not be further used retained by Rituals for any other purposes, unless Participants consented thereto. The personal data provided upon participation will be treated by Rituals with strict confidentially and will be retained and/or processed in accordance with the applicable legislation with regard to the protection of personal data. These personal data will be used, within the context of the promotion, exclusively for the organisation and proceedings of the promotion.



Privacy

By entering the promotion, participants agree that sponsor can collect and use their personal information for the purposes set forth in the Rituals Privacy Policy.



Changes

Rituals reserves the right to end the offer at any time and/or unilaterally change the published rules, terms and conditions as well as the promotional period, at any time without having to state accountability. In all cases not provided for by these conditions Rituals will decide in accordance with what is reasonable and as it deems fit;



Liability

Rituals can, except in the case of fraud or a deliberate error, not be held liable for any damage incurred by a Participant as a result of or arising from his/ her participation in the offer or receipt or use of the offer, including but not limited to damage arising from not being able to participate or being excluded from the promotion, for whatever reason, and/or the suitability of, a defect in or the non-conformity of the offer;



Applicable law

This promotion is governed by Dutch law, and all disputes in relation to the competition that cannot be settled amicably will be placed exclusively before the competent courts in Amsterdam.



Applicability of the Terms and Conditions

By participating in the promotion, the Participant explicitly accepts these Terms and Conditions.
