- Participant. This promotion is intended for participants in the United Kingdom aged 18 or above. If you are under the age of 18, you will need proven consent from your parents or guardian to participate. To make use of this promotion, you will need to register for the Rituals Cosmetics newsletter. The participant can choose to receive the gift in Rituals own stores in the United Kingdom following these instructions:
The offer is valid whilst stocks last. All users who have made use of the offer in full and accepted the terms and conditions will hereinafter be referred to as the 'Participant' in the singular or 'Participants' in the plural.
- Participant must subscribe to Rituals newsletter to redeem free full size Foaming shower gel (200ml) from Rituals main collections with a purchase of 30 GBP. Limited edition, the Ritual of Holi and Amsterdam Collection are not included. To claim your free gift with purchase, please show your confirmation e-mail from this registration to a Rituals staff member. To claim your free gift online please insert the coupon code in your shopping basket on www.rituals.com.

- Participation - to make use of the offer you will need to subscribe to the Rituals Cosmetics newsletter and buy at least one product in store or online for a minimum value of 30 GBP. The offer is valid for max. one gift per person and cannot be redeemed for cash, exchange, or other value. Rituals accepts no responsibility for any variation in the offer value. Only valid at Rituals Cosmetics own stores and web shop, (department stores, outlet & airports are excluded). Not valid at any other retailer. The offer cannot be combined with other promotions and is valid whilst stock last as of 13th January 2020 (at 00:01) until 31st October 2020 (at 23:59).
The following parties are excluded from participation: (i) employees of Rituals or companies affiliated or associated with Rituals, (ii) every other person who is involved in the organisation of the promotion, and (iii) immediate family members of the persons mentioned under (i) or (ii);
- Eligibility: the promotion is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom, who are 18 years of age or older. Employees (and their immediate families (parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related) of Rituals Cosmetics ("sponsor"), and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law. The promotion is subject to all applicable federal and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation in the promotion constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these official rules and sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the promotion.
- Delivery: the company will fill accepted orders with due speed yet not later than within 30 days, when the gift was claimed online.
- Organisation - This competition is organised by Rituals Cosmetics Enterprise B.V., having its registered offices at Keizersgracht 679, 1017 DV Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 809215160 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Organiser' or 'Rituals');
- Privacy: By participating in the gift with purchase promotion, Rituals will use Participants' personal data collected within the context of the promotion. Rituals will use your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Changes: Rituals reserves the right to end the offer at any time and/or unilaterally change the published rules, terms and conditions as well as the promotional period, at any time without having to state accountability. In all cases not provided for by these conditions Rituals will decide in accordance with what is reasonable and as it deems fit.
- Liability - Rituals can, except in the case of fraud or a deliberate error, not be held liable for any damage incurred by a Participant as a result of or arising from his/ her participation in the offer or receipt or use of the offer, including but not limited to damage arising from not being able to participate or being excluded from the promotion, for whatever reason, and/or the suitability of, a defect in or the non-conformity of the offer.
- Applicable law - This promotion is governed by Dutch law, and all disputes in relation to the competition that cannot be settled amicably will be placed exclusively before the competent courts in Amsterdam.
- Applicability of the Terms and Conditions - By participating in the promotion, the Participant explicitly accepts these Terms and Conditions.
