TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RITUALS SAMPLING PROMOTION VIA SOPOST

PARTICIPANT

This offer is intended for participants with an address in the United Kingdom aged 18 or above. If you are under the age of 18, you will need proven consent from your parents or guardian to participate. To make use of this offer, you will need to claim your sample via social media or on our website on Rituals.com. The offer is valid whilst stocks last. All website users who have made use of the offer in full and accepted the terms and conditions will hereinafter be referred to as the 'Participant' in the singular or 'Participants' in the plural.

PARTICIPATION

Participation is free of charge. The offer cannot be redeemed for cash, exchange, or other value. Rituals accepts no responsibility for any variation in the offer value. Not valid at any other retailer. The offer is valid as of January 3rd 2023 (at 00:01) whilst stock last. The participant can claim a maximum of 1 product sample per household and the offer cannot be combined with other promotions. To claim the offer, participants will be asked to leave their personal data. This data will solely be used for the fulfilment of the offer claimed. Participants will be asked to sign up for Rituals newsletter whilst claiming the offer on www.rituals.com or on Facebook, Instagram. However, the opt-in is voluntary and will not change the offer in this promotion. To sign up for Rituals newsletter, a Participant must (i) enter a valid e-mail address and valid personal details (this being his/her first name, surname) on the login screen and have registered prior to December 31st 2023 (at 23:59) and additionally (ii) accepted the Terms and Conditions as well as Rituals privacy policy.

This offer is organised by Rituals Cosmetics Ecommerce B.V., having its registered offices at Keizersgracht 679, 1017 DV Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 59751061 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Organiser' or 'Rituals');

PERSONAL DATA

By participating in claiming an offer from Rituals via SoPost, Rituals will use Participants personal data collected within the context of the offer. We will collect Participant's first and last name and his/her e-mail address and other relevant details (postal address) for participation to the offer. Personal data collected as part of participation to the offer will not be further used retained by Rituals for any other purposes, unless Participants consented thereto. The personal data provided upon participation will be treated by Rituals with strict confidentially and will be retained and/or processed in accordance with the applicable legislation with regard to the protection of personal data.

These personal data will be used, within the context of the offer, exclusively for the organisation and proceedings of the offer. If, during the offer period, a Participant, informs us that he/she does no longer want to participate, we will not using his/her personal data anymore. Personal data are never passed on to third parties other than Rituals and SoPost.

CHANGES

Rituals reserves the right to end the offer at any time and/or unilaterally change the published rules, terms and conditions as well as the promotional period, at any time without having to state accountability. In all cases not provided for by these conditions Rituals will decide in accordance with what is reasonable and as it deems fit;

OFFER

Rituals UK provides a total of 50.000 the Ritual of Namasté duo samples consisting of Anti-Ageing Day Cream and Anti-Ageing Serum from the Glow Collection for this promotion. Once all offers have been claimed, the promotion will conclude.

SHIPPING

LIABILITY

Rituals can, except in the case of fraud or a deliberate error, not be held liable for any damage incurred by a Participant as a result of or arising from his/ her participation in the offer or receipt or use of the offer, including but not limited to damage arising from not being able to participate or being excluded from the promotion, for whatever reason, and/or the suitability of, a defect in or the non-conformity of the offer;

APPLICABLE LAW

This promotion is governed by Dutch law, and all disputes in relation to the promotion that cannot be settled amicably will be placed exclusively before the competent courts in Amsterdam.
